Providing hands-on production of the projects from start to finish.
This includes, but is not limited to, demolition, foundation layout, framing and structure formation, siding and exterior trim, decks and porches, window and exterior door installation, interior millwork and doors, cabinet installation, hardware installation, appliance installation, and final detailing/cleanup, drywall, texturing, flooring, and more.
Ensuring job-site is kept to Classic's standards at all times.
This includes but is not limited to maintaining adequate dust protection, covering and protecting all existing finishes, providing weathertight protection throughout structure formation phases, making sure materials are stacked neatly in a designated area, broom-cleaning site daily, and locking and securing premises at the end of each da Skills & Abilities:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience, including knowledge of all phases of residential remodeling and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks efficiently and safely - Operate hand and power tools as required - Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints - Basic understanding of construction estimating and quality control processes - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed Note:
