Job Description:
Summary:
The Retail Clerk is a customer service position servicing the casino and hotel guest with all their retail needs.
The Retail Clerk also participates in all facets of store operations, computer systems and cost of goods that are in effect.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Rings up merchandise and handles cash.
Provides great customer service to the hotel and casino guests.
Sells the merchandise.
Handles the inventory control.
Handles the receiving and merchandising.
Works the computer system for store operations.
This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description.
Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities Job Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1-year previous work experience in cash handling and customer service working in a similar operation.
Must have good customer service and communication skills.
Basic office skills and knowledge of computer programs, MS Word and Outlook.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Work Environment:
Employees working the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
