You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager's working life and communication.
Must be good with animals and comfortable around dogs.
Responsibilities Work with Manager on daily tasks for multiple businesses Make calls and schedule appointments Check emails and keep up with daily correspondence Care for dogs daily by scheduling vet appointments, walks, feeding, and cleaning up after them Light housework Grocery shopping and meal preparation Implement systems for organization Run errands and help with home upkeep Skills Proven work experience as a personal assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excel proficient Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School degree Great with dogs Job Type:
