We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Secretary to join our projects and development department in the dental field.
This role will be responsible for various administrative tasks and providing essential support to our projects.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some colleges preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing various projects in the dental field Helping to prepare project reports and presentations Providing administrative support to the director, such as scheduling meetings and managing email and phone communications Ordering office supplies and managing inventory Assist with organizing training sessions, meetings, and events Perform other administrative duties as assigned Drive to different dental offices in the Coachella Valley area as needed.
This position may involve traveling.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
