We do require previous experience in the auto industry and in management.
Duties - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments and sales quota - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees - Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Handle confidential information with discretion Experience - Proven experience in office management or sales manager role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with training development processes - Understanding of payroll procedures and budgeting - Ability to supervise and lead a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
