Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked - Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Maintain and update calendars for staff members - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Support team members with various administrative duties as needed - Assist with budgeting and expense tracking Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of basic human resources practices and procedures - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
