With the opening of our new branch in Indio, CA, Community Valley Bank (CVB) is looking for a Business Development Officer to lead the effort to market CVB's services and expand our integration into Coachella Valley's community.

About the Company:
CVB was founded in 2007 by business leaders in the Imperial and Coachella Valley's looking to provide better banking and lending services to the local businesses and agencies of our region.
Our Board of Directors is comprised entirely of these small business owners/leaders, and CVB's Executive Team are all native to the communities we serve.
CVB is financially stable (the Bank has 10-plus straight years of growth and profitability) and takes pride in growing our team members professionally so we can promote from within.
In fact, two members of our Executive Team started in front-line management positions.
The local feel of CVB's team and culture provides our customers the personal banking experience they can't get with the larger, national banks.
Qualifications:
The Business Development Officer candidate should have the following traits/skills:
Self-motivated and can work independently, but also interacts and communicate well with the CVB management team.
Dynamic personality that is comfortable engaging others to market our services.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Banking experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
Salary range is $65K -$100K, based on the qualifications of the applicant.
Salary will also be accompanied by a year-end bonus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
