Responsibilities:
- Submitting and balancing warranty tickets - Filing and organizing service documents - Calling customers to schedule service appointments that are submitted online - Calling customers to schedule due bill appointments - Gathering documents for lawyer requests - Helping service with incoming calls - Organize and maintain physical and digital files - Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval - Scan and make copies of documents as needed - Assist with data entry tasks - Retrieve files and documents for staff members upon request - Ensure all files are properly labeled and stored in designated locations - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Job Type:
