We are in need of construction laborers with flexibility in travel outside of the Coachealla Valley and long hours.
Often requiring 24/7 on call availability and frequent overnight stays.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as assigned.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be available for on call and around the clock if needed.
