The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property, delivering consistent quality and value to our guests while achieving profit goals, and maintaining a safe, secure and hospitable environment for our guests and Team Members.
Basic duties will include, but are not limited to:
Deliver great service and maintain quality scores Control expenses to maximize revenue and profit Supervise employment (recruiting, training, scheduling, delegating, motivation, accountability, discipline, evaluations, terminations, etc) Maintain positive work environment for all team members Manage property and team safety Planning, organizing, implementing standards and procedures Conduct property audits and inspections to maintain standards Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting Job Type:
