Summary:
The Office Assistant provides support to team members through completion of various office tasks.
The Office Assistant will:
Answer all incoming company phone calls.
Be responsible for the daily processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail.
Complete scanning jobs.
Prepare mailings including correspondence, records, and forms related to upcoming examinations.
Provide data entry support of equipment and inventory.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the PPMC team.
Operate computer, multiple software applications, and other office equipment as necessary.

Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with time constraints.
Work independently with minimal or no supervision PREFERRED SKILLS:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous working experience in an office setting answering phones and providing clerical and administrative support.
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, other office productivity software PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
