Is able to speak both English and Spanish, as well as write both proficiently.
Is proficient at using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Great positive attitude Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Ability to research and find solutions Proactive who takes initiative Willingness to learn new systems and or computer programs.
Miscellaneous tasks (e.

, stocking toilet paper, cleaning in down times etc.
) Availability 9AM to 5PM Monday- Friday Good at organizing folders/ spaces Customer Service Professionally be able to reply to e-mails.
