Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluating patient's speech and language abilities and level of function
Developing treatment plans, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals
Communicating the patient's speech therapy program to the family and/or guardian
Keeping written documentation including evaluations, daily notes and weekly summaries.
