Hotel Night Auditor
Looking for a experienced Front desk associate with at least 2 years experience. with great customer service, integrity and honesty, and great work ethic.
Front desk Night Auditor Position :
Knowledge of Micros Opera Check-In system.
Assist with checking in guest with reservation and creating new reservations.
Answering multi-line phone system, transferring calls to rooms and taking messages for management.
Assisting guest with issues and and amenities if needed.
Able to work in a fast pace environment: example is walking property, checking rooms.
Able to multi task and take on multiple duties on the job.
Ability to work with guest and guest complaints.
Money handling, making sure all money is accounted during shift and when transferring shifts.
Knowledge with computers and using Microsoft work,Excel, Quick books.
Knowledge with Night Audit Process.
Balance all credit cards and money
Make sure all Money is accounted, and all reservations are current and Pre-authorized
Able to point out inconsistency
Housekeeping making sure all rooms are clean and all housekeeping issues Were addressed for the day, able to do random room checks for cleanliness.
Maintenance explaining all maintenance issues for the day and going to check and confirm work was completed.
Ability to work with management and assist with extra work if needed to.
Flexible work schedule.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
