Temporary Building Maintenance Worker (Indio) at County of Riverside Indio, CA

This position is located in Indio The County of Riverside's Human Resources Temporary Assignment Program (TAP) is seeking Temporary Building Maintenance Workers to support the Facilities Management Division.
The position is full-time, temporary position and will be located in Indio, California.
Under general supervision, to do skilled and semi-skilled work in the repair, maintenance, and alteration of buildings and their electrical and mechanical systems and equipment; and to do other work as required.
Incumbents will be expected to work in highly secure facilities.
Experience with safety, security and proper inventory control including Dynamics is highly desirable.
The incumbent of a position in this class is required to perform a variety of mechanical and building maintenance work with limited supervision.
The skills required may include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, glazing, masonry, plastering, tile setting, air conditioning, heating, plant operation, welding, roofing, and miscellaneous mechanical maintenance.
